It took me a minute to get the straps adjusted right, and I was a little worried I’d wasted my money at first. But once I got the fit dialed in, it feels good and I’m glad I stuck with it.

"Nice looking, but not travel-friendly"
It does look nice, and I wanted to like it, but it’s just too awkward to deal with when traveling. When you’re already juggling bags and trying to be considerate of people around you, something like this should be easier to carry and use. It’s fine at home, but I wouldn’t choose it for trips.

"Nice bag, frustrating packaging"
I ordered from Sandqvist and the bag itself is nice, so I don’t really have an issue with the product. What bothered me was the packaging, because for the price I really expected it to show up in better shape.
The box was half crushed and there was barely any padding inside, so the bag ended up with these awkward creases. I feel like I shouldn’t have to keep explaining why decent packaging matters when you’re buying something like this. Not a disaster, but definitely annoying.

"Didn’t last like I expected"
I was disappointed with this bag. I only used it for light everyday stuff, like carrying a few things around, and it still ripped way sooner than I thought it would. I mean, maybe using it daily counts as a lot somehow, but it didn’t feel like I was being rough with it. Just expected the material to hold up better.

I tried reaching out for warranty help, but the replies took a while and in the end nothing really got resolved. Maybe I expected too much, but I feel like warranty support should at least move things along or give a clear answer, right?

I got a Sandqvist bag mostly because I was tired of carrying my laptop around like it was one bad bump away from disaster. So far, it feels really safe in there, and the padding is definitely better than what I had in my old backpack. The only tiny plot twist is that I wish the pocket was a bit easier to reach, but overall I’m happy with it

"Not as sustainable as I was expecting"
I ordered from Sandqvist because they make sustainability such a big part of their brand, but I came away feeling a bit let down. The bag itself is fine, but it arrived with more packaging than I expected, which felt a little off considering the whole eco-conscious angle. I also tried to find clear info about repairs or what to do with the bag at the end of its life, and it was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I really don’t want to dig through vague pages or deal with some automated help system that gives canned answers instead of actual information. For the price, I just expected them to be more upfront. Not a terrible purchase, but definitely not as transparent or thoughtful as I hoped.

The bag definitely looks good, and I was excited to use it, but after just a light rain, water still got inside. For the price, shouldn’t it hold up a little better? I really wanted to like it, but i’m disappointed

"Nice bag, but the stitching is a letdown"
The bag looks good and the size is pretty much what I wanted, but the stitching is uneven in a few places. Nothing has come apart yet, so I’m still using it, but for the price I expected better. It’s kind of annoying because now I’m wasting energy worrying about whether it’s going to hold up instead of just enjoying the bag. Overall it’s okay, but I’m hoping it lasts longer than it looks like it might...
"Site felt frustrating and a little sketchy"
I had a annoying time using the site. The filters kept resetting on me, so I had to keep redoing my search, which got old fast. Checkout also felt slow and kind of confusing, and I’ll be honest, that made me nervous like I might miss something or get fooled into the wrong option. Not the smoothest experience.

I was browsing Sandqvist the other night after dinner because I’d been meaning to replace my everyday bag, and I really wanted to like their designs. But most of the bags just looked a bit too plain for me. A lot of them are very boxy, with muted colors and not much detail that really catches your eye. I totally understand the whole minimal, clean style, and some of the bags do look nice in the photos, but for the price, I expected something a little more interesting. Overall, they’re not bad, just not the kind of style I’d personally get excited about.

I ordered a bag from sandqvist.us after reading the product page, and it made it seem a lot bigger and more structured than what showed up. When I opened it, I was kinda confused because it felt softer and smaller than I expected. The color was also off in person, and not in a “my screen is weird” kinda way.
I reached out to customer support, but they basically just said the description was correct, which didn’t really help. Maybe they see it differently, but to me it felt misleading, and now I’ve gotta mess with the return process. Just a bit annoying tbh, wish the listing had been more accurte.

I’ve liked Sandqvist for a while and was excited to order directly from sandqvist.us, but this one was a letdown. The bag looked like a soft green in the photos, which is exactly what I wanted, but in person it was way darker and a lot more dull. For the price, I expected the color to be much closer to what was shown online. I still like the brand overall, so I’m torn, but this definitely makes me hesitant to buy another bag without seeing it in person first.

"Refund is taking longer than expected"
I sent my return in and I’m still waiting on the refund. I don’t know, I just had a feeling this process was going to drag out, and unfortunately it kind of has. Hoping it gets sorted soon.

"Nice-looking bag, but I felt let down after paying"
The bag does look good in person, which is what drew me in at first. But after paying for it and actually using it, I started feeling disappointed. The pockets are awkward to get into, the zipper keeps catching, and when the bag is full the straps really dig into my shoulders. It made me a bit distrustful of the whole purchase because it seemed better before checkout than it ended up being in daily use. I expected more.

"Smaller than I thought"
I don’t know, maybe I missed something in the description, but this bag is way smaller than it looked in the photos. I tried putting in my laptop, charger, and a water bottle, and it already felt packed. There’s barely any room left for anything else. For what it costs, I was expecting it to hold a lot more. Disappointing, honestly

I’m not totally sure what went wrong, but my delivery still hasn’t shown up after about two weeks. Maybe there was a shipping mix-up or delay, but I haven’t received it yet.
